We caught up with "The Last Nighthawk" Christian Light , who was able to take some time out of his busy schedule to comment on a few of the more recent news bits floating around.

On Demetrius Burrell losing the Double-Crown Championship to Eduardo Domingo:

Heck of a shame man. I thought Burrell performed well, but he was fighting three tough competitors. The odds caught up with him, and hopefully he can get right back on his horse and do well. I know he's got a tough match scheduled next Slam, so he'll be tested right away.

On Curtis Penn and CHIMERA:

He talks a good game, and he's got skill, no doubt, but both Adrien and Malik aren't exactly run-of-the-mill wrestlers, either. Both have incredible skill, and both could give Penn...or anyone in CHIMERA...a run for his money, if not outright pin them.

On Jeff Andrews, Handsome Jimmy Danger, and the stolen Double-Crown Championship

Look, I'm no Robert Lancaster, but I do agree that the actions of one Handsome Jimmy Danger have gotten out of hand as of late. This week, I'm going to try and get in contact with him, and we're going to have a talk about ethics, integrity, and why he should return the Double-Crown championship willing to me so I can re-submit it to the champion. And if that means I have to withhold his pay until he meets with me...well...that's what will have to happen.

See Jeff? No need for empty threats, not here. And besides, even with your Untouchable buddies, I doubt you could stand against the whole roster of the AWA...including myself should you find it necessary to drive a little south and get out of hand.
