HGH supplements?

Do they really work? or does anyone know anything about them?

The only thing I've heard about HGH is that yes it works, but they are VERY expensive. Not a few hundred bucks expensive either, more expensive than it's worth.

Unless they have gotten better over the years, HGH Supplements are garbage.
The only HGH supplements that are any good are not supplements at all but rather inject-able drugs (or GH). Powder and pill forms of HGH never worked all that well from what I have read.
The inject-able version however does work, much like a steroid, several body builders live on the stuff. It speculated that Triple H used HGH for some time, hence the growing of his brow (a side effect of GH injections) from what it was when he first started out.
